
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support as delegated by the Park Director
- Assist with basic human resource tasks, including onboarding paperwork, employee records, and scheduling support
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Manage calendars, appointments, and internal schedules
- Support communication efforts, including emails, forms, and internal documentation
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and general office organization
- Support park operations and special projects as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office training preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or similar role preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (email, calendars, word processing, spreadsheets)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
