
Supervision
The Administrative Assistant works under the general supervision of the Programs Director. Work is reviewed through periodic meetings, review of reports, and for compliance with policies and procedures.
General Responsibilities
- Maintain ongoing forms of communication with co-workers, managers, and participants of CSP programs via phone and emails.
- Handle daily incoming and outgoing program communication at the park.
- Performing daily clerical duties as needed.
- Establish and monitor programs, policies, procedures, and guidelines for staff to ensure quality member experience.
- Represent and promote C.S.P. in the community as needed and develop positive working relationships with other organizations, business, and governmental entities.
- Identify and resolve program problem areas to ensure member satisfaction.
- Complete additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Ability to work flexible hours and evenings is a must.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- At least 1 year of administrative duties.
- Maintain First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of computer software applications as related to sport registration.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated customer service and public relations skills.
