
Duties and Responsibilities
• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and provide basic park information
• Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
• Receive and direct visitors and clients
• Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence
• Prepare written responses to routine inquiries
• Respond to all email messages as needed
• Take memos, organize, photocopy, and collate documents as needed
• Maintain and retrieve documents in an electronic and hard copy filing system
• Handle requests for information and data
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
• Assist in the completion of registration forms, as needed
• Utilize CLOVER to receive in-office payments as needed; Document as required and email a copy to the director of finance
• Any other job duties as deemed necessary by direct supervisor (director)

• Ability to deal with patrons in a friendly, courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with staff and the public to promote and maintain high moral and enthusiasm.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Versatility and flexibility
• Currently certified in First Aid and CPR or able to receive certification within 45 days of accepting position.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant / receptionist or similar administrative role Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management skills Integrity and confidentiality
