Hammond Area Recreation District #1 is seeking dedicated Volunteer Coaches to help create a positive and rewarding experience for youth athletes. Volunteer Coaches are responsible for teaching fundamental skills, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, assisting with practices and games, and serving as positive role models. Coaches help foster a safe, encouraging environment where participants can build confidence, develop athletic abilities, and enjoy recreational sports. No prior coaching experience is required, but a passion for working with youth and supporting the community is essential.
