Join us for the 4th Annual "It's OK" Mental Health and Wellness Gobble and Go 5k Walk/Run, organized by Creole Fitness, The A.G.A.P.E Project and Chappapeela Sports Park! This inspiring 5k run/walk aims to raise awareness and combat the stigma surrounding stress, depression, grief, and anxiety.

Day Timeline:

6:30 am – Packet Pickup Opens

7:30 am – Gates Close & 1-Mile Starts

8:00 am – 1-Mile Ceremony

8:15 am – 5K Starts

9:45 am – 5K Ceremony + Gates Reopen

10:30 am – Race Ends & Pickup
