Seasonal Practice Packages

Our Competitive Baseball & Softball practice packages are designed to give travel teams and competitive leagues consistent, affordable access to professional-grade fields. By booking a seasonal package, teams can lock in their preferred time slots Monday through Thursday.

Important Requirements:

Liability Insurance: All teams must provide Chappapeela Sports Park with proof of liability insurance prior to the first scheduled practice.
Booking: Practice days are subject to availability. Please contact us early to secure your preferred slots.

Rental Info

All court and field use must be booked through the office of CSP to reserve, prior to use. Due to extensive use throughout the year, the recovery of certain fields is very important and year round there may be fields that cannot be used for health and safety reasons. There is also safety concerns regarding use of fields without securing and checking the field of play first.

Please note that all bookings for users outside of the Hammond Area Recreation District No.1 are subject to a 20% charge in addition to the prices as listed below.

2025 Practice Package Options

Save up to 40% by booking a seasonal package. Both options allow you to choose practice days between Monday and Thursday.

Option 1 Includes: $2,100

24 practices
(2) practices per week
Each practice session is (2) hours
Lights are included

Option 2 includes: $1,100

10 practices
1 practice per week
Each practice session is (2) hours
Lights are included
Choose your own practice days Monday-Thursday

Field & Court Disclaimer:

All event rentals are subject to cleaning and labor fees.
Does not include lights.
Does not include lights, initial set up of fields per day; additional charges apply for field crew.

Security

Security is booked through the Chappapeela Sports Park office and is $50/hour.

Custodial Staff

Custodial staff is on site to assure that your event runs smoothly. Chappapeela’s office will determine how many custodians will be needed for your event.

Rental fees may vary depending on the scope of your event, including event size. Additional fees may apply for extended time. We reserve the right to cancel any event at any time at our discretion.
