We would like to extend a huge “Thank You” to the Hammond City Police Department for their recent donation to the TOPS Basketball, Soccer, and Cheer Programs. TOPS is a community outreach program that the Chappapeela Sports Park Team provides at no cost for athletes with intellectual and/or physical disabilities. CSP appreciates the support and all that the Hammond City Police do to keep our community safe!
